The advisory affects residents and businesses along the following streets:

Jena Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Frances Street

Terral Street

Jackson Street

Edwards Drive

Myers Loop

East Baker Street

Hatcher Road to the entrance of Baker Road

City officials expressed optimism about the completion of this phase of the project, which brings updated infrastructure to the area. The improvements are part of continued efforts to modernize the community’s water system and ensure long-term reliability.

Residents are advised to boil water for at least one full minute before consumption, including for drinking, cooking, or brushing teeth, until the advisory is lifted. Updates will be provided as testing and safety checks are completed.
