
The LaSalle Lady Tigers closed out an impressive postseason run by finishing as state runner-up at the Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA) championship tournament held in Sulphur, earning statewide recognition for their resilience, teamwork, and championship-level performance.
The Lady Tigers battled through a competitive playoff bracket to reach the state finals, continuing a strong tradition for the program. Along the way, LaSalle secured a hard-fought quarterfinal victory over DeQuincy, 3–2, in a game highlighted by clutch hitting and dominant pitching that helped punch their ticket to Sulphur.
Once on the state stage, the Lady Tigers demonstrated the same grit that defined their season. Despite falling just short in the championship game, LaSalle’s journey to the final solidified their place among Louisiana’s elite high school softball programs.
