Funeral services for Penny Lou (Miller) Street, age 55 of Tullos, LA, will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, July 5, 2026, from the Olla Chapel of Riser & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Scott Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Blake Cemetery at Olla. The Miller Family will receive visitors at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until time of service on Sunday.

Penny was born on May 28, 1971, at Jena, LA to the union of Donald Ray Blake and Louvenia Rose Poole Blake. She passed from this life on June 17, 2026, at her residence in Tullos. To know Penny was to love her. She was a loving wife and mother. She loved to sing, loved listening to music and loved to dance. She spent her life as a homemaker and loved her family and all of her precious grandchildren immensely. She was preceded in death by her father, her step son, Brad Street; her brother, Johnny Blake, her in-laws: Buddy and Rennit Street; two brothers-in-law: Mark John Street and Clinton Ray Street and two nephews: Steven and Donald Wayne Blake

Left to cherish her memory is her husband Keith Street; her mother: Louvenia Blake; 6 sons: Christopher Street (Tessa Jones), Dustin Street, Aaron Street , Drake Street (Madison), Hayden Street and Brian Star Street; two brothers: Lee R. Blake and Quitman Blake; two sisters: Valerie Irene Blake McCain and Donna Lynn Blake and a host of grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Street, Drake Street, Hayden Street, Dustin Street, Aaron Street and Keith Street. Honorary pallbearers include Detrick Street and Shawn Greenfield.
