
LaSalle General Hospital recently hosted CPR and First Aid training for employees of the LaSalle Parish School System over the course of several weeks.
The hospital recognized J. Todd Fannin, BSN, RN, for providing in-depth instruction during each training session. According to the hospital, his knowledge, experience, and engaging teaching style were appreciated by the teachers and staff who participated.
LaSalle General Hospital said it is proud to partner with local schools to help equip educators and school employees with the skills and confidence needed to respond in emergency situations.
Hospital officials said the collaboration helps create a safer environment for the students, staff, and families of LaSalle Parish.
LaSalle General Hospital also thanked the LaSalle Parish School System for allowing the hospital to be part of the initiative and expressed its commitment to continuing to serve the community through programs that promote health, safety, and education.
